Ocean Divers specializes in world class diving tours and instruction. Owner William T. Reece Jr. is a PADI ( Professional Association of Diving Instructors ) I.D.C. Staff Instructor, and is certified as a specialty instructor by PADI in the areas of multi-level diver, deep diver, underwater navigator, boat diver, search and recovery diver, wreck diver, night diver,underwater photographer, underwater

naturalist, drift diver, and enriched air (Nitrox). Bill Reece has organized, led and developed numerous dive tours since earning his PADI divemaster credentials in Kona, Hawaii in March 1994. He took his instructor training in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in December 1994, and since that time has taken additional specialty instructor training in Key Largo, Florida and Kona Hawaii, and became an I.D.C. Staff Instructor in Key Largo, Florida in November 1997. Bill dives extensively around the world including New Guinea, Australia, the Marshall Islands, and on a regular basis in Belize and the Kona Coast of Hawaii, where he maintains a second residence. As an owner of Let's Travel, a San Antonio, Texas travel agency, and a graduate of SST travel school in San Antonio, Bill is well qualified in seeking and obtaining the very best dive travel bargains. As a practicing attorney in San Antonio, Bill has had a lot of experience in certifying fellow attorneys as PADI divers, and in handling both their travel and dive travel needs.
